The official app to guide you on the Afriqueen dating site

To use Afriqueen, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old when you register;
• Have a valid email address or an active phone number;
• Not have been previously banned from the app for breaching these Terms;
• Act on your own behalf and not for a third party.

Some features (Premium profile, visibility boost, and so on) may require a paid subscription, whose pricing is set out in the app.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You alone are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

Afriqueen reserves the right to suspend or delete any account whose information proves false or misleading, or which breaches our community rules, without notice or compensation.

When using Afriqueen, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect at all times;
• Post no unlawful, offensive, defamatory, pornographic or violent content;
• Never impersonate another person;
• Not use the app for unauthorised commercial or promotional purposes;
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt or damage Afriqueen's systems;
• Not harass, threaten or intimidate another member.

Breaking these rules may lead to your account being suspended or closed immediately and permanently, with no refund of amounts paid.

You keep ownership of the content (photos, text, messages) you post on Afriqueen. By posting it, however, you grant Afriqueen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferable licence to use, reproduce and display that content in order to run and promote the app.

Afriqueen does not systematically review content posted by members, but provides reporting tools that any member can use if content is inappropriate.

Premium subscriptions renew automatically for the period you chose (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under their own terms.

Afriqueen issues no refunds except where the law expressly requires one. In-app purchases (boosts, credits) are final.

Afriqueen is an introduction platform. We cannot guarantee that every profile is genuine, nor that every member's intentions are sincere. You use the app at your own risk as regards meeting people outside the platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability cannot exceed the amounts you actually paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Everything that makes up the app (logo, interface, typefaces, icons, source code) is protected by copyright and belongs to Afriqueen or its partners. Reproducing or exploiting it without permission is prohibited.

You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings. Doing so erases your personal data within the timeframes set out in our Privacy Policy.

Afriqueen may end your access at any time if you breach these Terms, or for any other legitimate reason, with reasonable notice except in cases of serious misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the law of the country where Afriqueen is established and, failing that, by the applicable international conventions. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of that country, unless agreed otherwise.
